GRT-002 is an IL-3 neutralizing antibody that is thought to play an important role in type II inflammation.

The Senior Director, Strategic operations will lead Alliance Management, Project Management and Quality functions and will report to the CEO. They will work with the executive team and finance to set operational priorities, resource plans, and long-range strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary operational and relationship lead for the company’s external development partner.
- Manage all collaboration governance, including Joint Steering Committees, and potential working groups.
- Ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, reporting requirements, and data-sharing timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs (clinical, CMC, regulatory, translational, finance, legal, IP) to prepare materials for governance meetings.
- Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partner counterparts and ensure clear, consistent communication.
- Track joint progress against agreed plans, identify emerging risks or misalignments, and facilitate timely issue escalation and resolution.
- Lead integrated development planning and track execution across company programs.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and ensure issues or deviations are surfaced and resolved efficiently.
- Provide program updates and recommendation briefs to executive leadership and the Board.
- Provide leadership and general oversight of the QA function, communicating clear priorities and overseeing the implementation of quality activities that meet regulatory and company expectations.
- Review and monitor the QA function plans and progress, ensuring issues are addressed appropriately and escalated if needed, timelines are met, and the organization maintains effective quality processes and inspection readiness.
- Oversee GxP Quality Systems appropriate for clinical-stage operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning for corporate and program expenditures.
- Support Board and investor reporting.
WHO YOU ARE
- 10+ years of experience in biotech/pharma operations, including program management, alliance management.
- Direct experience managing a major collaboration with a global pharmaceutical partner strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of clinical development processes, GxP requirements, and outsourced operating models.
- Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-party collaborations.
- Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
